Participatory Action Science: Strengthening Scientific Vocations with Children and Adolescents in Rural and Urban Areas

This document implements the methodology of participatory action research and the application of various ludopedagogical participation workshops around the school garden, as a space for teaching and learning. Here, students experientially explore the importance of making changes in nutrition and improving nutrition. Additionally, the document emphasizes the importance of food conservation and transformation as one of the possible solutions.
The project involves the participation of research groups from the following educational institutions: Semillas Ancestrales del Corregimiento El Centro – SACC of the Blanca Duran de Padilla Educational Institution; the Semillero en Arte, Ciencia y Tradición - SembrArte of the San Rafael de Chucurí Educational Institution; and the QUIMEX research group of the Normal Cristo Rey Higher School.
This work was carried out within the framework of the project 'Agroecological Experimental Garden as Spaces for Teaching-Learning for Environmental Sustainability and Assurance of Food-Nutrition from Student Research Groups.'
