The author, who has more than twenty years of experience as a psychoanalyst, was educated in Medicine, Philosophy, and Psychoanalysis. He is a member of the Colombian Psychoanalytic Society, the Psychoanalytic Federation of Latin America, and the International Psychoanalytical Association. He has published several academic articles in specialized journals and also writes essays, short stories, and poetry.
