This booklet was created as a proposal from the Languages Department of Unicomfacauca, observing the students’ performance in specific tasks. Most of the teachers noticed that learners struggled with the use of vocabulary, which became evident when they expressed their ideas both orally and in written activities. To solve this problem, this booklet is presented to make students widen their basic vocabulary in English so that they will be able to improve their written and oral abilities in English as a Foreign Language. This material was structured in three main parts: vocabulary, verbs and grammar tips; each one with activities that make students learn, reinforce and practice key concepts in English Language Learning. After implementing the booklet as part of their learning materials, it is expected that the results evidence an improvement in the way students communicate in English.
